v.1.1 Planet SUR5 - Time scale slider

Changelog:

- added slider for time scale,
- healing salve crafting button appearing when it shouldn't is now fixed,
- popup before starting the game allowing the player to choose his favorauble screen resolution,
- small bug fixes.

And that's about it I think, nothing major this time.
